2026 Opening Day

Thank you to everyone who played on Opening Day

On behalf of everyone at Tulliallan Golf Club, a big thank you to all the golfers who joined us for Opening Day. Your support, great company, and the usual tales of “it was a bad bounce” made it a brilliant start to the season.

A special mention to those who had the honour of hitting the opening tee shots—Andrew Hutchison (our Head Professional), Rising Junior Superstar – Evan Macaulay, Honorary Member – Ann Mawhood, and our Gents Captain – Ian (“Chuka”) Cowan. I didn’t witness it myself, but I am reliably informed they all split the first fairway!

We extend our thanks to everyone who worked behind the scenes to prepare the course and clubhouse—especially our Greens, Catering, and Bar teams. Your dedication and efforts, often carried out in challenging conditions, are greatly appreciated.

We hope you enjoyed the day, and we can’t wait to see you back at the club again soon. Here’s to a great season ahead—and many more fairways found!
